Gregg Hawn's breadth of practice has included the representation of a vast range of individuals and organizations - from non-profit to the nation’s most recognized Fortune 500 corporations - in technology, government contracting, intellectual property, corporate, real estate, entertainment and litigation related matters. 

Some of Gregg Hawn's more prominent work includes: Advising the American Red Cross on the distribution of funds to the families of the September 11th terror attacks; representing a Spanish chocolate confectionary on its establishment of U.S. operations and acquisition of retail space in New York City; acting as counsel for one of the world’s largest developers in construction projects surpassing $1 Billion in value; managing a team of attorneys in work relating to one of the largest antitrust, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and export control investigations before the U.S. DOJ and SEC to date and serving as litigation counsel in a successful $8.4 Million international corporate shareholder breach-of-contract dispute.
